The Company Holds the 2025 Annual Summary and Awards Conference for Publicity and Reporting Work


On the afternoon of March 16, the company held a successful summary and awards conference for its 2025 publicity and reporting work in Conference Room No. 1. Chen Song, the company’s Deputy General Manager, attended the meeting, which was also attended by more than 30 participants, including leaders in charge of publicity from various units, outstanding correspondents, and employee representatives. The meeting was chaired by Xi Lei, Head of the Comprehensive Administration Department.

During the meeting, a comprehensive report was delivered on the 2025 annual summary of publicity and reporting work, the 2026 work plan, and the year’s honors and awards. The session systematically reviewed the significant achievements made in publicity over the past year and clearly outlined the objectives, direction, and key tasks for the coming year. Subsequently, the meeting announced the list of winners for the 2025 publicity awards and presented cash prizes and other awards on-site to two outstanding units and nine exemplary correspondents in recognition of their exceptional contributions to publicity efforts.

Following the awards ceremony, representatives from outstanding units—Zhao Siwei and Zhang Xiaomei—and representative of outstanding correspondents, Xu Yanli, each delivered remarks, sharing their insights from their work and their reflections on receiving the awards, while reaffirming their unwavering commitment to deepening their efforts in publicity work and spreading positive energy within the company.

Finally, Deputy General Manager Chen Song delivered a concluding address. He extended his congratulations to the winning collectives and individuals and fully commended the hard work of all publicity professionals. He emphasized that, in the coming year, publicity efforts should focus on five key priorities: addressing weaknesses and enhancing quality to precisely resolve areas of operational weakness; strengthening the team and building capacity to expand the ranks of professional correspondents; staying grounded and highlighting standout achievements by going deep into the grassroots to tell compelling corporate stories; upholding ethical standards and improving efficiency by making appropriate use of AI tools to ensure that all content is practical and accurate; and reinforcing planning and coordination by developing systematic plans to eliminate last-minute submissions and thereby guaranteeing that publicity work is conducted in a standardized and efficient manner.

This conference serves not only as a summary and awards ceremony but also as a mobilization and deployment meeting.
