On the afternoon of March 17, the company’s practical training program for intermediate electricians under the new apprenticeship system officially commenced. Wang Peng, Deputy Director of the Taihe District Human Resources and Social Security Center, along with staff member Wang Ying, attended the event to provide on-site supervision and ensure that the training was conducted in a standardized and well-organized manner. The first session of the program was delivered by Yu Chongyang, a technical expert from Jian’an Company, and was attended by approximately 80 trainees from the company.

During the training, Teacher Yu Chongyang delivered a systematic presentation on the skill requirements for intermediate-level electricians, safety operating procedures, troubleshooting and repair of common faults, and key technical points for hands-on operations, emphasizing the deep integration of theory and practice. He explained the critical techniques and important precautions in electrical practical work in a clear and accessible manner. The trainees listened attentively, actively engaged in interactive discussions, and the on-site learning atmosphere was highly conducive to knowledge acquisition.

On the morning of March 19, the hands-on training moved to the company’s factory premises, where the instructor guided participants in close-up interactions with electrical equipment and provided step-by-step practical instruction, translating classroom theory into real-world operational skills. Through this immersive, real-world practice, trainees were able to identify and address gaps in their knowledge and refine their technical abilities. Participants unanimously praised the training as highly substantive and extremely practical, noting that it not only deepened their understanding of the electrician role but also clarified their approach to skill-based operations, resolved numerous challenges encountered in daily work, and delivered substantial takeaways.

As a key component of the enterprise-based new apprenticeship system, this hands-on training program will be conducted throughout the year, with additional specialized sessions to follow. The curriculum will cover multiple modules, including electrical control, equipment maintenance, fault diagnosis, and safe operating procedures, with the aim of enhancing trainees’ professional competence and practical skills through systematic, ongoing skill development.
