On March 7, the company joined forces with the Ferroalloy Community and the Integration Community, along with more than ten enterprises and institutions, to launch a Lei Feng–inspired volunteer service initiative, thereby carrying forward the spirit of Lei Feng through concrete actions and fulfilling its social responsibility.

At the event site, volunteers from various departments of the company were clearly assigned tasks and worked collaboratively in teams. Focusing on the daily needs of residents, they provided a diverse range of volunteer services, including knife and scissors sharpening, small-appliance repair, book-covering, and free haircuts, thereby effectively addressing the practical challenges faced by the community. To provide targeted assistance to vulnerable groups in the community, the company organized a pre-event donation drive for unused items among all employees. Employees enthusiastically participated, donating clothing, school supplies, and a variety of everyday essentials, pooling their small acts of kindness to create a warm and caring atmosphere.

On-site community services were thoughtful, diverse, and packed with highlights: He Eye Clinic conducted professional eye screenings and fundus photography to safeguard residents’ eye health; Iron & Alloy Hospital, in collaboration with Dafenglin Pharmacy, offered blood sugar, uric acid, and bone density tests, providing attentive health support for senior citizens; the three major telecom operators disseminated information on telecommunications services and distributed small gifts such as paper towels; Jinzhou Rural Commercial Bank donated daily necessities like rice, flour, cooking oil, and eggs; and Liangzai Hotel handed out freshly fried crispy pork bites free of charge, bringing warmth to the palate.

This Lei Feng–themed volunteer service initiative has not only ensured that the spirit of Lei Feng takes root and resonates deeply in community-oriented services, but has also vividly showcased the vigorous, upward-looking spirit and proactive sense of social responsibility among the company’s young employees. Moving forward, Jinzhou Jixin will continue to deepen its commitment to public-service initiatives and underscore its corporate social responsibility, translating its original aspirations and mission into concrete actions so that the spirit of Lei Feng can shine even more brilliantly in the new era.
