The company held a tug of war competition called "Gathering Hearts, Trustworthiness, Health, and Creating the Future"


To further activate the spiritual and cultural life of the employees, stimulate their enthusiasm for unity, friendship, and love for the collective, enhance team cohesion, and create a harmonious corporate culture atmosphere, on the afternoon of November 8th, the company held the "Gathering Hearts, Gathering Faith, Health, and Creating the Future" tug of war competition. Nine representative teams from various units of the company competed on the same stage, fully showcasing their talents. General Manager Tian Yile, Deputy General Manager Chen Song, and Senior Consultant Gao Hongjun, accompanied by leaders from various units of the company, came to the scene to cheer for the participating employees and award prizes to the winning units.

In this tug of war competition, each team has one team leader and ten team members. It is required that each participating team member must be male and female, and the number of female employees in the team must not be less than three. The competition adopts a three game two win elimination system, and the teams are determined by drawing lots. Four teams enter the finals to compete for the championship, runner up, and third place.

With the referee's whistle, the game officially kicked off. A team exerted all their strength and became a tightly united whole, with slogans and cheers echoing one after another. Especially the newly established chromium chemical company team this year is particularly eye-catching. Although they are a young team, they have shown extraordinary vitality and courage. The new employees have no barriers between each other, shining brightly like rising suns. Whether they are team members or cheerleaders on the field, everyone is enthusiastic, reflecting the momentum of "newborn calves are not afraid of tigers".

After multiple rounds of intense power struggles, the first team of Jixin High Temperature, the first and second teams of Chromium Chemical Company, and the physical inspection center team successfully advanced to the finals with excellent team cooperation and tenacious fighting spirit. In the final stage, the atmosphere on the field becomes more tense and lively. Both team members were full of fighting spirit, tightly gripping the rope, lowering their center of gravity, and working together to pull back. They blushed, worked hard, and demonstrated the power of unity through sweat and effort.

After a fierce competition among four participating teams, Jixin High Temperature Team defended their championship, the Physical Inspection Center won the runner up, Chromium Chemical Company Team 1 won the third place, and Chromium Chemical Company Team 2 won the Excellence Award.

To encourage all participants to actively participate, a lucky draw section was specially set up for this tug of war competition. The company's general manager, Tian Yile, personally selected three lucky team members at the competition site and presented prizes. Cao Daheng from the Comprehensive Management Department (Security) of the company, as well as Wang Qingyang and Meng Fanquan from Chromium Metal Company, were fortunate enough to receive the award. Stretching mountains and rivers to compare momentum, you compete with each other to determine height. Amidst the laughter and cheers of everyone, the tense and intense tug of war competition officially came to an end. This tug of war competition not only relaxed the physical and mental health of the employees, but also achieved the goal of training the team and gathering strength. This competition fully demonstrated the good spirit of the employees' courage to make progress and actively strive. At the critical moment of the year-end sprint, everyone expressed their intention to take advantage of the situation with more enthusiasm and tenacious fighting spirit, unite and work together, and promote all work to a new level and achieve new results.

The company introduced AEDs and launched first aid training.

To effectively safeguard employees’ lives and improve the overall emergency rescue capacity of all staff, the company officially installed Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs) on the afternoon of May 15, and jointly launched professional first-aid training with the Third Affiliated Hospital of Jinzhou Medical University to fully strengthen the workplace safety defense system. Led by Chen Song, Deputy General Manager of the company, more than 50 participants including safety officers and administrative staff from various departments attended the event.
