At 9:00 am on October 21st, the opening ceremony of the company's 2024 new employee onboarding training was held in a warm and solemn atmosphere. Nearly a hundred new employees are full of energy and gathered together to welcome this important moment. General Manager Tian Yile, Deputy General Manager Chen Song, and Assistant General Manager Zhang Zhixiang, along with relevant unit leaders, attended the opening ceremony of the class.

Firstly, the company's general manager Tian Yile delivered a speech at the opening ceremony, warmly welcoming the new employees and expressing deep expectations. The leaders of relevant units and excellent lecturers of the company provided comprehensive and systematic training for new employees in multiple aspects, including corporate culture, development history, rules and regulations, safety training, production technology, quality management, etc., within 3 days. Through vivid explanations and case analysis, new employees have gained a deeper understanding and knowledge of the company, laying a solid theoretical foundation for their subsequent job responsibilities.

Military training exercises - sharpen willpower and gather strength.

At 8:30 am on October 24th, as the morning light began to shine, everyone dressed neatly in work clothes lined up on the training ground, full of energy, waiting for the challenge of military training. For this military training, the company has specially invited senior instructors from the Blue Sky Rescue Team to provide military training for new employees.

Under the strict guidance of the instructor, everyone demonstrated high fighting spirit and full mental state, from standing in a military posture and making progress, to changing formations and physical training, strictly following the instructor's commands and completing each training action meticulously. They encouraged each other and worked together to overcome one difficulty after another. During the military training, new employees not only exercised their bodies and enhanced their physical fitness, but more importantly, through teamwork, they deeply realized the importance of team cohesion and execution.
Exam acceptance - achieved remarkable results, looking forward to the future.
After a week of intense learning and training, on the afternoon of October 28th, the company conducted a training achievement examination and acceptance for all new employees. According to the requirements of the "2024 Chromium Metal Capacity Expansion and Upgrading Project New Employee Training Plan", human resources personnel have conducted a comprehensive evaluation of new employees. In the end, 7 people received full marks, 54 people scored above 90 points, and the average score was as high as 88.33 points. This outstanding achievement fully demonstrates the learning achievements and progress of the new employees, and injects new vitality and hope into the future development of the company.
