The 2025 Jinzhou City Workers' Labor and Skills Competition, along with the city-wide Assembly Fitter Skills Contest, was successfully held at the Jinzhou Craftsman Institute's Training Center. Organized by the Jinzhou City Federation of Trade Unions, the event drew 37 contestants from 20 companies across the city to compete on the same stage. Our company sent two employees from Jian'an Company to participate in the competition.
At the competition venue, the contestants were fully focused and striving for perfection, battling for precision within a tiny space while showcasing their meticulous craftsmanship down to the smallest detail. This wasn’t just a race of speed—it was, above all, A vivid embodiment of the craftsman spirit: "Accurate eyes, steady hands, and meticulous attention to detail." After fierce competition, the contest ultimately selected 15 outstanding contestants. Among them, Liu Bo, an employee of our company, demonstrated exceptional skill by achieving zero dimensional error and delivering parts with exceptionally smooth surfaces—thanks to his solid theoretical foundation and superb operational abilities—during the component machining phase. In the assembly and debugging stage, he pursued perfection relentlessly, repeatedly measuring and fine-tuning every step. As a result, he emerged as the fourth-highest scorer overall, showcasing the remarkable expertise of our company’s skilled workforce.

Currently, the company is at a critical stage of high-quality development, making the cultivation and enhancement of skilled talent absolutely essential. Led by Chen Song, Deputy General Manager of the company, more than 50 participants including safety officers and administrative staff from various departments attended the event.
