Recently, The 2025 Jinzhou City Workers' Vocational Skills Preliminary Competition in the field of building harmonious labor relations has successfully concluded. Jointly organized by the Jinzhou City Federation of Trade Unions and the Jinzhou City Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security, the competition aimed to identify and nurture a group of highly qualified professionals specializing in labor relations coordination and collective bargaining through its competitive format.

Competition Focus The two core events—“Labor Relations Coordinator” and “Collective Bargaining Instructor”—focused primarily on a theoretical written exam, thoroughly assessing the contestants’ mastery and practical application of professional knowledge, including labor laws and regulations, negotiation strategies, and dispute-resolution techniques. Liu Na, an employee of the company, ultimately earned third place in the competition thanks to her profound understanding of relevant policies and regulations.

A Smelting Furnace for Fused Alumina Processing, independently developed by Jixin High Temperature, has officially obtained the National Utility Model Patent. This breakthrough in core technologies marks a new leap in the company’s independent innovation capacity in the refractory materials sector, injecting robust technological momentum into its high-quality development.


The company introduced AEDs and launched first aid training.

To effectively safeguard employees’ lives and improve the overall emergency rescue capacity of all staff, the company officially installed Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs) on the afternoon of May 15, and jointly launched professional first-aid training with the Third Affiliated Hospital of Jinzhou Medical University to fully strengthen the workplace safety defense system. Led by Chen Song, Deputy General Manager of the company, more than 50 participants including safety officers and administrative staff from various departments attended the event.
