In order to help the city make new breakthroughs in comprehensive revitalization and stimulate the enthusiasm of property industry employees to improve their skills, on August 7, the "New Breakthrough in Comprehensive Revitalization and Meritorious Service" property industry employee vocational skills competition jointly sponsored by the Municipal Federation of Trade Unions and the Property Industry Association was launched. The company's subsidiary, CI Property, responded positively and selected 5 employees to participate in the competition and compete fiercely with their peers in the city.
This competition closely follows the core skills of the industry, sets up three major competitions: property project manager practice, engineering maintenance and overhaul, and fire safety emergency response, and comprehensively tests the professionalism and emergency response ability of the contestants through the dual assessment mode of "theory and practice". In the end, Liu Shuai and Chai Qingsheng won the "Property Fire Safety Excellence Award", and Joke Lake won the "Property Engineering Maintenance and Overhaul Excellence Award".
This competition not only built a platform for property owners to display their skills and exchange experience, but also promoted learning and practice through competition, effectively improving the overall practical level of the industry.
