Recently, In the "Jinxiu Zizhou, Workers' Voices" radio audio collection activity organized by the Municipal Federation of Trade Unions, 3 audio works submitted by the company were successfully selected for the "Dynamic Morning Commute" program of the municipal radio station and will be broadcast on time during the morning peak hours every Monday.
Since the release of the activity notice, the company's trade union has responded quickly, with the goal of "Showcasing the style of employees and promoting corporate culture", organizing employees from various departments to actively participate, and finally determining 3 works to be submitted. These audio works each have their own characteristics, vividly showcasing the spirit and profound corporate cultural heritage of the company's employees from different perspectives.
Among them, Li Yiman from the Finance Department's work, "Jinzhou Water Pool Ruins ——A City's Memory and Glory", cleverly uses the Jinzhou water pool, a red landmark, as a starting point. Through delicate and detailed situational narration and the clever interweaving of historical details, it deeply conveys the spark of revolutionary spirit and the memory of the city's glory, making people feel as if they are traveling through time and experiencing that magnificent history firsthand.
Han Qiao from Jixin Property Management uses "Youth Forges Craftsmanship Struggle Writes a Glorious Chapter" as the title, focusing on the advanced deeds of Zhao Pengda, winner of the National May 1st Labor Medal. Using sincere emotions and vivid language, it tells the story of his pursuit of excellence and craftsmanship, profoundly promoting the values of the glorious labor and great creation era, and inspiring every listener to shine in their own positions.
Zhang Jingfeng from the Quality Inspection Center, with his love for music, created "Jixin Sailing Song". This work uses "Everyone rows together to steer the big ship" as its inspiration, cleverly incorporating the actual scenes of the company's production and operation. With its high-spirited melody and inspiring lyrics, it sings the spirit of the employees' unity, struggle, and courage, as well as the company's strong cohesion and centripetal force.
The successful selection of these audio works is not only a high recognition of the company's employees' cultural literacy, but also a concentrated display of the company's corporate culture construction achievements.
