On the afternoon of January 19, 2018, the company held a party building working conference in the conference room on the third floor of the comprehensive building. Fifty-one Party members attended the meeting and 12 non-Party middle managers attended. The meeting was chaired by Jin Feng, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and deputy general manager of the company. Tian Gang, Secretary of the Party Committee and general manager of the company, made a mobilization speech.
In his speech, Tian Gang, Secretary of the Party Committee and general manager of the company, put forward specific requirements for strengthening and perfecting the party building work of the company from four aspects.
First, Party branches should base themselves on the reality of enterprises, keep in mind their aims, understand and comprehend the connotation of the people in an all-round way, keep in mind their employees, solve practical difficulties for them and serve them wholeheartedly.
Secondly, we should continue to carry forward the fine tradition of diligence, thrift and learning, continue to carry forward the spirit of "elder sister-in-law", abandon bad habits, create a strong atmosphere of respect for knowledge, talent and learning, and make learning a conscious action of all employees.
3. Setting up the ideological concept of Party building is a part of the overall work. The administrative leaders of each unit should attach great importance to it, give full play to its leading role, cooperate actively and form a joint force.
Fourthly, we should work out effective incentive policies in the light of Party building, and seriously study how to retain and do a good job in people's work.
The meeting announced the list of members of the Second Party Committee and Discipline Commission of the company, and the list of members of the five Party branches. The content and direction of Party building work in 2018 are determined. The meeting demanded that all participants carefully study and understand the spirit of the speech made by Tian Gang, Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager, and make every effort to do a good job in accordance with the layout of the speech.
