Recently, the district-wide vocational skills competition for the fire protection industry officially kicked off. The event features team events such as underground fire hydrant firefighting, as well as individual events including on-site gear-up firefighting, 200-meter material transport, emergency evacuation and escape, and casualty rescue. A total of 20 teams from across the district are competing on the same stage, using the competition to promote learning and skill development.

Upon receiving the notice to participate, the company accorded the event the highest priority and promptly selected a representative team from Jixin Property Management to prepare for the competition. The team members devoted their spare time to rigorous training, meticulously refining every detail related to equipment operation, procedural standardization, and speed and efficiency, systematically addressing their weaknesses and striving for continuous improvement in every aspect to ensure they were fully prepared.

On the competition field, the team members remained calm and composed, worked in seamless coordination, and strived to take the lead, fully demonstrating their solid firefighting skills and excellent professional demeanor. After fierce competition, Liu Shuai and Han Qiao were awarded the Outstanding Team Award in the Underground Fire Hydrant Firefighting Event; Chai Qingsheng was awarded the Outstanding Individual Award in the On-Site Gear-Donning Firefighting Event; and Li Zhiyu was awarded the Outstanding Individual Award in the Emergency Evacuation and Injured-Person Rescue Event.

This competition not only tested the company’s capabilities in fire emergency response but also honed the team’s practical skills. Moving forward, the company will take this competition as an opportunity to continuously strengthen fire safety education and skills training, conduct routine emergency drills, and steadily enhance all employees’ fire safety awareness and their ability to self-rescue and assist others, thereby solidifying the safety production defense and creating a safe and stable environment for the company’s high-quality development.
