Recently, the district-wide vocational skills competition for the fire protection industry officially kicked off. The event features team events such as underground fire hydrant firefighting, as well as individual events including on-site gear-up firefighting, 200-meter material transport, emergency evacuation and escape, and casualty rescue. A total of 20 teams from across the district are competing on the same stage, using the competition to promote learning and skill development.

On the morning of April 3, Chen Kai, a member of the Municipal Party Committee Standing Committee and Head of the Organization Department, led a delegation to the company for a research symposium. The symposium was attended by Tian Yile, General Manager of the company, along with Deputy General Managers Chen Song and Zhang Zhixiang, as well as heads of relevant departments.

On the afternoon of March 17, the company’s practical training program for intermediate electricians under the new apprenticeship system officially commenced. Wang Peng, Deputy Director of the Taihe District Human Resources and Social Security Center, along with staff member Wang Ying, attended the event to provide on-site supervision and ensure that the training was conducted in a standardized and well-organized manner. The first session of the program was delivered by Yu Chongyang, a technical backbone from Jian’an Company, with approximately 80 company employees participating.

On the afternoon of March 16, the company’s 2025 Annual Summary and Awards Conference for Publicity and Reporting was successfully held in Conference Room No. 1. Chen Song, the company’s Deputy General Manager, attended the meeting, which was also attended by more than 30 representatives, including leaders in charge of publicity from various units, outstanding correspondents, and employee representatives. The meeting was chaired by Xi Lei, Head of the Comprehensive Administration Department.
