June is the 23rd safety production activity month in China. In order to better implement the theme of "Everyone talks about safety, everyone will respond in an emergency - unblocking the passage of life", the company held a safety skills competition on the afternoon of June 25th.
There are a total of 8 participating teams in this competition, with 40 participants competing together. The competition includes two events: wearing an air respirator and using a stretcher within 50 meters to rescue people, and connecting and retrieving two fire hoses for two people. The aim is to comprehensively test the professional skills of the contestants in emergency rescue and their ability to respond to emergencies. The atmosphere at the competition venue was lively and tense, and all the contestants were full of energy and calmly engaged in the competition, fully demonstrating a high level of competitive ability and a good mental outlook, achieving the goal of promoting learning, training, and construction through competitions.
After excellent competition among the participating teams, six teams stood out. The project of wearing an air respirator and using a stretcher within 50 meters to rescue people won first, second, and third prizes respectively for the Barrel Industry Slag Company, the Material Inspection Center, and the Security Canteen Joint Team; Two people and two fire hose connection and recycling projects, Metallurgical Company, Chromium Metal Company, and Inspection and Safety Company won first, second, and third prizes respectively.
The successful hosting of this skills competition not only fully showcases the skill style of the company's employees, but also further enhances their cohesion and centripetal force. Through skill competitions, employees from various units have become proficient in the use of fire and gas emergency equipment, improved their emergency rescue and disaster relief capabilities, comprehensively improved the level of safety production management, and promoted the sustained and stable development of the company's safety production situation.

Led by Chen Song, Deputy General Manager of the company, more than 50 participants including safety officers and administrative staff from various departments attended the event.
