Playing in the year of the dragon in the ice and snow, indulging in the mountains and seas, and soaring to the sky. On January 15th, the 7th Jinzhou Ocean Ice and Snow Festival and the 2023-2024 Ice Dragon Boat Super League (Jinzhou Station) was grandly launched in Jinzhou Oriental Huadi City.

   This event is hosted by the Liaoning Provincial Sports Bureau, the Communist Party of China Jinzhou Municipal Committee, and the Jinzhou Municipal People's Government. It is also hosted by the Jinzhou Cultural Tourism and Radio and Television Bureau (Sports Bureau), the Communist Party of China Linghai Municipal Committee, the Linghai Municipal People's Government, and Jinzhou Huadi Construction Group Co., Ltd. The competition is divided into two groups: the open group and the local group. The 12 person ice dragon boat 100 meter and 200 meter straight track races are two events, with a total of 27 teams from Beijing, Guangdong, Shijiazhuang, Dalian, and Jinzhou, with over 300 athletes participating. The company's representative team, led by Deputy General Manager Chen Song, participated in two local events, the 12 person ice dragon boat 100 meter and 200 meter straight track racing. They competed with 21 participating teams from various counties (cities) and districts, including the Federation of Trade Unions, the National Jinzhou Power Supply Company, the Thermal Power Group, and Jinzhou Kaiyuan Petrochemical, competing fiercely and with all their might. This competition will be live streamed by CCTV News throughout the entire process.

   At 9:00 am on the 15th, the ice dragon boat 100 meter straight track race officially began. With the order of the referee, the drums sounded, and the horn sounded, each dragon boat chased after each other, sliding away on the ice. 21 teams, after 3 intense promotion matches, the company's representative team of 12 participating players were in high spirits and took the lead. In the end, they won the championship of the 100 meter straight race with good results of first place in the group, semi-finals, and finals.

   At 1:30 pm on the same day, 10 strong teams gathered on the ice again and engaged in a 200 meter straight race. The company's representative team once again entered the finals with good results of first place in the group and semi-finals. After a total of 5 matches in the morning and afternoon, everyone had a lot of physical exertion. However, in the final stage, the 12 team members still had firm eyes and tightly grasped the oars. In the end, they only won the runner up in the 200 meter straight race by a difference of 2 seconds.
