The Network Information Office of the Liaoning Provincial Party Committee has jointly launched the "Network Positive Energy Service · Technology · Innovation Case Collection Activity", "Network Positive Energy Recitation Work Collection Activity", "Network Positive Energy Photography Work Collection Activity", and "Network Positive Energy Employee Network Expert Collection Activity" within the province.
This event started in April this year and ended in early December, lasting for 7 months. Since the launch of the event, a total of 427 online positive energy photography works have been submitted from all over the province, with a record high number of works. After initial evaluation by the expert evaluation committee, a total of 115 works were successfully shortlisted. The photography work "Most Beautiful Frontline Worker" by Li Jiahui from the Comprehensive Management Department of the company has successfully been nominated for the final selection. The final score consists of two parts: expert evaluation and online voting, with expert evaluation accounting for 60% and online voting accounting for 40% of the final score. Through the joint efforts of all employees, the work received 198 votes and ranked second in the online voting stage. After professional and meticulous selection by experts, Li Jiahui's photography works ultimately won the second prize in the 2023 Liaoning Province Network Positive Energy Photography Collection Activity.
