The Jinzhou Metal Industry Federation of Trade Unions organized the 2023 Industry Small Reform and Reform Competition.

In this competition, the Jinzhou Metal Industry Trade Union Federation received a total of 104 projects declared by enterprises in the industry. Finally, 63 projects were selected and awarded awards.

   At the meeting, Jinzhou metal industry trade union federation made a comprehensive summary of the competition; Shenyuanda of the company's chromium metal company made an exchange speech as the representative of the award-winning employees; 13 of the 16 projects that the company participated in the application won the table award.

   Among them, the proposal on replacing the guide rail slider with the bearing of the feeding car of the self-made briquetting machine declared by the chromium metal company won the first prize, the proposal on improving the secondary use of the four hole female die of the briquetting machine declared by the chromium metal company won the second prize, the proposal on the self-made overturning device of the end of the barrel, the proposal on the transformation of the hydraulic mobile mechanism added to the offset stamping line, the proposal on the transformation of the automatic steel plate feeding machine declared by the barrel industry company Jixin high temperature won the third prize for the improvement scheme of large-size refractory brick production mode, and the seven improvement proposals of metallurgical and chemical company, maintenance and installation company and Jixin high temperature won the Excellence Award.
