To effectively safeguard employees’ lives and improve the overall emergency rescue capacity of all staff, the company officially installed Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs) on the afternoon of May 15, and jointly launched professional first-aid training with the Third Affiliated Hospital of Jinzhou Medical University to fully strengthen the workplace safety defense system. Led by Chen Song, Deputy General Manager of the company, more than 50 participants including safety officers and administrative staff from various departments attended the event.

At the training site, Engineer Li Jipeng explained the operation methods of AEDs to all trainees. He broke down the operating procedures based on practical experience, emphasized the vital role of AEDs in first aid for cardiac arrest, and popularized the knowledge of the "golden rescue time", helping employees gain a comprehensive understanding of the equipment.

To further enrich first-aid knowledge, the company invited an expert team from the Third Affiliated Hospital of Jinzhou Medical University to deliver special training. Firstly, Li Xu, Director of the Hospital External Cooperation and Development Department, introduced online medical consultation services, elaborated on the procedures, advantages and notes of online medical treatment, enabling employees to break the time and space restrictions of offline medical visits and enjoy convenient and efficient medical services.

Afterwards, He Huan, Head Nurse of the Emergency Internal Medicine Department, gave hands-on training on cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR). She demonstrated and explained standard operations including consciousness judgment, chest compressions and artificial respiration as well as key operational details, and guided employees to practice on site, helping them master this core life-saving skill proficiently. Yuan Yajiang, Deputy Director of the Surgery Teaching and Research Section, focused on common emergency scenarios and illustrated response measures for accidental injuries and sudden illnesses, enhancing employees’ ability to handle emergencies. Liu Xiaolai, Director of the Physical Examination Center, was present and provided on-site guidance throughout the training.

Integrating equipment deployment with professional skill training, this activity not only adds an extra layer of life safety guarantee for employees, but also elevates everyone’s awareness and practical capabilities in emergency rescue, fully embodying the company’s core philosophy of people-oriented management and care for employees.
