At 2 p.m. that afternoon, the event officially kicked off. This team-building activity centered on red-themed reasoning, incorporating interactive mini-games, combining thoughtfulness, fun, and collaboration. Nearly 30 young employees were divided into Group A and Group B to participate sequentially, with a lively atmosphere and orderly conduct. In the "Defend the Red Position" reasoning segment, the young employees became "Red Guardians," calmly analyzing, logically reasoning, and cooperating tacitly amid the alternation of night and day, immersing themselves in the spiritual essence of holding the position and safeguarding faith.
After the reasoning session, a series of fun interactive games followed. In the "Draw and Guess" segment, young employees quickly sketched and responded cleverly, with imaginative drawings and accurate responses bringing rounds of laughter. The "Reverse Instructions" game tested reaction speed, where everyone focused and adapted flexibly, fully demonstrating youthful agile thinking and strong adaptability. The "One Dollar Fifty Cents" game brought the atmosphere to a climax, with male and female employees quickly forming teams and cooperating tacitly, closing the distance and enhancing camaraderie amid laughter. Each game segment was compact, orderly, and exciting, with the youth fully engaged, releasing their youthful energy.
