The company's new intermediate electrician apprenticeship practical training has officially started

On the afternoon of March 17, the company's new apprenticeship intermediate electrician hands-on training officially kicked off. Wang Peng, Deputy Director of the Taihe District Human Resources and Security Center, and staff member Wang Ying personally came to the site for supervision, ensuring the training was conducted in a standardized and targeted manner. The first lesson of this training was delivered by Yu Zhongyang, a technical backbone of the Inspection and Safety Company, with approximately 80 trainees from the company participating.

During the training, Teacher Yu Zhongyang provided a systematic explanation covering the skill requirements for intermediate electricians, safety operating procedures, common fault troubleshooting and handling, and key points in hands-on techniques. The training emphasized the deep integration of theory and practice, explaining the critical techniques and precautions in electrical operations in an easy-to-understand manner. Trainees listened attentively, interacted actively, and created a strong learning atmosphere on site.

On the morning of March 19, the hands-on training moved to the company's workshop for practical exercises. The instructor led the trainees in close contact with electrical equipment and provided hands-on guidance, turning classroom theoretical knowledge into practical operational skills. This allowed trainees to identify gaps, refine their skills, and improve through real-world practice. Trainees expressed that the training was highly informative and very practical, not only deepening their understanding of the electrician role but also clarifying operational thinking, resolving many daily work challenges, and gaining significant benefits.

As an important part of the company's new apprenticeship program, this hands-on training will run throughout the year. Multiple subsequent specialized training sessions will be conducted, covering modules such as electrical control, equipment maintenance, fault diagnosis, and safety operations. The goal is to systematically and continuously train skills to help trainees comprehensively improve their professional qualities and practical abilities.
