On the afternoon of March 16, the company's 2025 Publicity and Reporting Work Summary and Commendation Conference was successfully held in the First Conference Room. The company's Deputy General Manager Chen Song attended the meeting, along with leaders in charge of publicity from various departments, outstanding correspondents, and employee representatives, with more than 30 participants. The meeting was hosted by Xi Lei, Director of the Comprehensive Management Department.

At the meeting, the 2025 Publicity and Reporting Work Summary, the 2026 Work Plan, and the annual award recipients were fully read out. The meeting systematically reviewed the fruitful achievements of publicity work over the past year and clarified the goals and key tasks for publicity work in the new year. Subsequently, the award list for the 2025 publicity work was announced, and on-site cash prizes and gifts were presented to 2 outstanding units and 9 excellent correspondents in recognition of their outstanding contributions to publicity work.

After the award presentation, representatives of the outstanding units, Zhao Sifu and Zhang Xiaomei, and representative of the excellent correspondents, Xu Yanli, spoke in turn, sharing their work experiences and reflections on winning awards, expressing their firm determination to continue deepening publicity work and conveying positive energy of the enterprise.

Finally, Deputy General Manager Chen Song delivered a concluding speech. He congratulated the awarded groups and individuals and fully affirmed the hard work of all publicity staff. He emphasized that the publicity work in the new year should focus on five key areas: addressing weaknesses and improving quality to target and resolve weak points in the work; expanding the team and enhancing capabilities to strengthen the professional correspondent team; staying grounded and highlighting achievements to tell the company's stories at the grassroots level; adhering to standards and improving efficiency, making reasonable use of AI tools to ensure that articles are practical and accurate; and strengthening planning and coordination to develop systematic plans, prevent last-minute submissions, and ensure publicity work is regulated and efficient.

This conference was both a summary and commendation meeting, as well as a mobilization and deployment meeting. Going forward, the company's publicity team will take this meeting as an opportunity to showcase the company's development achievements and employee spirit in a comprehensive way with greater enthusiasm, a more pragmatic approach, and higher-quality work, thereby consolidating strong spiritual motivation and creating a favorable public opinion environment for the company's high-quality development.
