The spring breeze brings warmth, and the flowers bloom. On the occasion of the 116th International Women's Day on March 8th, to pay tribute to all female employees and convey the company's warm care, the company carefully organized a DIY pearl painting event themed for Goddess Day on the afternoon of March 6th. Nearly a hundred female employees gathered together, spending a wonderful festival in a warm and elegant atmosphere, fully showcasing the lively style and graceful temperament of women in the new era workplace.
At the beginning of the event, staff explained the techniques, composition ideas, and key points for sticking pearls in the paintings, patiently answering everyone's questions so that the female employees present could quickly grasp the essentials of creation. Afterwards, everyone enthusiastically immersed themselves in the handcraft, transforming into skillful artisans, carefully selecting pearls of different sizes, meticulously sketching according to the template, and patiently attaching them.
The venue was filled with relaxed and soothing music, accompanied by bursts of laughter. Employees shared experiences and helped each other, creating a joyful and harmonious atmosphere. The women, who usually are busy and steadfast at their posts, were at this moment immersed in the tranquility and fun of handcraft, completely releasing their fatigue, relaxing their bodies and minds, and fully enjoying the satisfaction and happiness brought by handmade creation.
After a session of careful crafting, a series of delicate and lustrous pearl paintings were completed. Everyone held their personally made artworks with bright smiles on their faces, taking photos to commemorate this special festival moment.
This Goddess Day DIY pearl painting activity allowed female employees not only to experience the charm of handcraft art while engaging in practice, relaxing their bodies and minds, and cultivating sentiment, but also to truly feel the company's warm care, further strengthening team cohesion and sense of belonging.
