On March 12, the company held the 2026 work conference and the 2025 annual commendation meeting on the second floor of the staff canteen. More than 120 senior executives, central management, commended personnel and some key employees from various units of the company attended the meeting. The conference was presided over by Chen Song, deputy general manager.

At the meeting, General Manager Tian Yile made a work report entitled "Stabilizing Production and Improving Quality, Expanding Innovation, and Empowering the Company's New Journey of High-quality Development with Hard Work". The report comprehensively reviews the phased achievements of the company in 2025 in the complex and changeable internal and external environment: the chromium whole process industrial chain has been fully completed and smoothly operated, the comprehensive utilization technology of metal chromium smelting slag has been rated as internationally leading, the hazardous waste business license has been successfully obtained, and the core competitiveness, social influence and brand reputation of the enterprise have continued to rise. The report provides an in-depth analysis of the current situation and challenges, clarifies the guidelines of "stabilizing production and improving quality, leaning efficiency, and innovating" in 2026, and deploys key work throughout the year from the aspects of production and efficiency, safety and environmental protection, lean operation, innovation-driven, talent building, and cultural cohesion.

The meeting solemnly commended the outstanding central management and outstanding employees who performed well in 2025. Liu Xiaozhou and other 4 comrades won the title of "Excellent Central Management", and Zhang Lihui and 34 other comrades won the title of "Excellent Employee". The meeting also read out the awards of Zhao Pengda and 51 other people in national, provincial and municipal competitions at all levels. Mi Yan, a representative of outstanding employees, Li Yang, a representative of outstanding central management, and Zhao Pengda, a representative of production and operation units, made exchange speeches respectively, sharing their struggle stories and growth insights in their respective positions.

Chairman Tian Gang delivered an important speech entitled "Integrity and Innovation, Practical Work" at the meeting. He fully affirmed the hard work and achievements of all employees in the past year, deeply analyzed the challenges and opportunities faced by the company's current transformation and development, emphasized the need to adhere to the development concept of "integrity and innovation, and hard work", and unswervingly promote the main business to be refined, practical and strong. He pointed out that the young management team should learn from history, be prepared for danger in times of peace, always maintain a clear head and strategic determination, strictly control the cash flow threshold, strengthen risk awareness, concentrate on leading the team, and build a solid foundation for the high-quality development of the enterprise. He called on all Jixin people to strengthen their confidence, face difficulties, and strive to write a new chapter in the company's development with the determination that "we have no way but success".

The meeting ended successfully in a warm, pragmatic and enterprising atmosphere.
