In an interview, Guan Jinyu, Deputy Manager of the Chromating Company, stated that the chromating production line is systematically advancing process optimization and workflow reengineering. By upgrading key equipment and optimizing process parameters, the company is achieving refined control over each stage of the production process. Cao Yang, a specialist in high-temperature technologies at Jixin, shared his practical experiences in leveraging innovation to drive progress. Through continuous process optimization and strengthened process control, he has effectively enhanced the consistency and stability of the company’s products.

The company introduced AEDs and launched first aid training.

To effectively safeguard employees’ lives and improve the overall emergency rescue capacity of all staff, the company officially installed Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs) on the afternoon of May 15, and jointly launched professional first-aid training with the Third Affiliated Hospital of Jinzhou Medical University to fully strengthen the workplace safety defense system.
