On September 15, a research team composed of members from the Provincial State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, Yingkou Municipal Federation of Trade Unions, and relevant entities from the Shenfu Demonstration Zone visited the company to conduct a study on the company’s trade union’s democratic management practices, accompanied by Bao Chunxiang, Vice Chairwoman of the Municipal Federation of Trade Unions, and Miao Fengyu, Head of the Organization and Civil Management Department. The research team visited Hai Bo Workshop and the Model Worker Innovation Studio at Shen Cr3 Company, conducting on-site inspections of process innovations and market development within the comprehensive chromium-based industry chain, as well as the technological innovation and Outcome transformation efforts at the Innovation Studio. They paid particular attention to the frontline production environment, safety facilities, and the identification, assessment, and mitigation of potential hazards.
