The provincial research team on democratic management visits the company for investigation and guidance.


On September 15, a research team composed of members from the Provincial State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, Yingkou Municipal Federation of Trade Unions, and relevant entities from the Shenfu Demonstration Zone visited the company to conduct a study on the company’s trade union’s democratic management practices, accompanied by Bao Chunxiang, Vice Chairwoman of the Municipal Federation of Trade Unions, and Miao Fengyu, Head of the Organization and Civil Management Department. Vice General Manager and Union Chairman Chen Song Accompanied by relevant personnel for the Research and delivered a report for exchange.

The research team visited Hai Bo Workshop and the Model Worker Innovation Studio at Shen Cr3 Company, conducting on-site inspections of process innovations and market development within the comprehensive chromium-based industry chain, as well as the technological innovation and Outcome transformation efforts at the Innovation Studio. They paid particular attention to the frontline production environment, safety facilities, and the identification, assessment, and mitigation of potential hazards.

At the subsequent symposium, Chen Song, Deputy General Manager and Chairman of the Trade Union, systematically reported on the company's efforts in areas such as business development, democratic management building, employee rights protection, safe production, corporate culture, and harmonious labor relations.

The research team carefully listened to the report and engaged in detailed inquiries and discussions regarding issues of concern. They fully recognized the company’s significant achievements in steadily advancing democratic management and ensuring safe production while pursuing economic benefits. The team emphasized that the deep integration of democratic management with safe production plays a crucial role in promoting scientific decision-making, standardizing management practices, enhancing governance capabilities, and fostering harmonious labor relations within the enterprise.

The company introduced AEDs and launched first aid training.

To effectively safeguard employees’ lives and improve the overall emergency rescue capacity of all staff, the company officially installed Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs) on the afternoon of May 15, and jointly launched professional first-aid training with the Third Affiliated Hospital of Jinzhou Medical University to fully strengthen the workplace safety defense system.
