To vigorously promote the spirit of model workers, the spirit of labor, and the spirit of craftsmanship, further inspire the fighting spirit and creative potential of industrial workers, and showcase the artistic talents and spiritual outlook of employees, the Taihe District Federation of Trade Unions successfully held the “Expressing Original Aspirations through Calligraphy and Painting, Crafting Splendid Chapters with Craftsmanship” employee calligraphy and painting exhibition. This exhibition received more than 200 submissions of calligraphy and paintings. After expert review, four employees from our company were awarded excellence prizes—three for calligraphy works and one for a painting—fully demonstrating the profound cultural literacy and uplifting spirit of our company’s employees.

Huang Bo from the Production Department’s calligraphy work, “Jin Shui Nurtures Original Aspirations; Craftsmanship Builds Dreams,” features vigorous brushwork and lively artistic spirit, conveying a steadfast original aspiration and positive energy through every stroke and splash of ink.

Zhang Jianhua’s calligraphy work, “Rising Steadily, Everlasting Foundation,” features steady and vigorous brushstrokes that convey the firm belief and heartfelt aspirations of frontline workers and the enterprise—working in unison and pursuing common development.

Zhao Yang from the Integrated Management Department’s calligraphy work, “Gathering Wisdom, Upholding Integrity, and Jointly Creating Glory,” employs a cleverly crafted acrostic poem to condense the concepts of “gathering wisdom” and “upholding integrity” into the opening lines of each couplet. This not only highlights the core values of the company’s culture but also conveys deep and heartfelt aspirations for aligning closely with and resonating in sync with regional development.

The painting “Songs of the Heavenly Road” by Yiyu Yi from the Comprehensive Management Department features an exquisite composition and profound artistic conception. With harmonious colors and vivid brushstrokes, it tenderly portrays a deep love for the motherland and one’s career.

These works not only reflect the authors’ personal artistic skills and aesthetic aspirations, but also embody the deep love for life and passionate dedication to work held by the vast number of employees. In artistic form, they vividly interpret the profound meanings of the model worker spirit, the spirit of labor, and the craftsman spirit, showcasing the sense of responsibility and commitment demonstrated by the employees of Jinzhou Jixin as they create extraordinary value in their ordinary posts.
