Employees help cultural tourism to move forward together


In order to actively respond to the call of the national "Weight Management Year", help the high-quality development of Jinzhou's culture, sports and tourism, guide employees to establish the concept of healthy life, continue to improve the cohesion and centripetal force of the trade union, encourage employees to work with more enthusiasm, and contribute to the high-quality economic and social development of Jinzhou. On June 29, the Municipal Federation of Trade Unions of the Metal Industry organized a walking activity of "Green North Putuo, Energetic 'Worker' Empowerment". The company was invited to organize 25 employees to participate in the event.

 

The employees who participated in the event gathered at the south gate of North Putuo Mountain, they were in high spirits, dressed in sportswear, and their faces were full of anticipation and excitement. With an order, the walking activity officially began. Everyone walked vigorously and laughed constantly. Sometimes sharing work experience, sometimes exchanging interesting life stories, full of warmth and vitality along the way.

 

After nearly an hour of walking, the employees arrived at the finish line one after another. Subsequently, the Municipal Federation of Trade Unions Metal Industry Federation issued souvenirs with Jinzhou cultural tourism characteristics to all employees participating in the event, so as to encourage everyone to actively participate in physical exercise, maintain a healthy body and a good mental state.

 

This walking activity not only enriched the amateur cultural life of employees, let everyone relax and exercise their bodies after busy work, but also further enhanced the communication and exchanges between employees, and enhanced team cohesion and centripetal force. The company's labor union will take this event as an opportunity to care for the health of employees, improve their physical fitness and work efficiency, enhance their sense of belonging and cohesion to the company, help employees establish a scientific concept of weight management, and cultivate a healthy lifestyle. This breakthrough in core technologies marks a new leap in the company’s independent innovation capacity in the refractory materials sector, injecting robust technological momentum into its high-quality development.


The company introduced AEDs and launched first aid training.

To effectively safeguard employees’ lives and improve the overall emergency rescue capacity of all staff, the company officially installed Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs) on the afternoon of May 15, and jointly launched professional first-aid training with the Third Affiliated Hospital of Jinzhou Medical University to fully strengthen the workplace safety defense system. Led by Chen Song, Deputy General Manager of the company, more than 50 participants including safety officers and administrative staff from various departments attended the event.


Free Clinic into Enterprises, Warm Care for Staff Health

To effectively care for employees' physical and mental health and raise their awareness of health management and disease prevention, the company joined hands with a team of medical experts from the Third Affiliated Hospital of Jinzhou Medical University to hold a comprehensive free medical consultation activity on the first floor of the staff canteen at 13:30 on May 15, allowing employees to access professional medical services right at the workplace.
