As one of the most influential food-and-culture IPs in Northeast China, this year’s barbecue festival adopted an innovative model—combining barbecue, music, and fun competitions—to attract visitors from across the country as well as local residents. That evening, the company organized more than 20 outstanding mid-level managers and excellent employees to embark on a unique team-building journey amid rising fireworks and celebratory sparks.
