On September 21, the Jinzhou Expo Garden was bustling with lively chatter and filled with fragrant aromas as the “Tianliao Dinning ‘and’ Gather in Jinzhou” 2025 Jinzhou Barbecue Festival kicked off under dazzling lights. As one of the most influential food-and-culture IPs in Northeast China, this year’s barbecue festival adopted an innovative model—combining barbecue, music, and fun competitions—to attract visitors from across the country as well as local residents. That evening, the company organized more than 20 outstanding mid-level managers and excellent employees to embark on a unique team-building journey amid rising fireworks and celebratory sparks.
In the fireworks and feast zone, more than thirty time-honored local barbecue stalls from Jinzhou stretched out along the main thoroughfare. Lamb skewers sizzled enticingly over charcoal fires, while golden-brown squid rolls curled up like waves on hot iron plates. The air was filled with the rich aroma of chili powder and cumin. As the music began to play, employees gathered around long tables, savoring delicious grilled skewers, joyfully swaying to the rhythm of the music, and chatting happily in a warm and harmonious atmosphere.
The interactive game session brought the event’s atmosphere to a boiling point. Company employees were highly enthusiastic and eagerly stepped onto the stage to participate in the games. The contestants on stage were fully immersed in the action, while their colleagues below the stage cheered loudly, offering encouragement and support. At that moment, the spirit of unity and mutual assistance was vividly demonstrated.
This grand event, which seamlessly blends gourmet cuisine, music, and fun activities, is truly a profound spiritual cleansing for everyone. Amidst the lively and vibrant atmosphere, team members fully relaxed both body and mind, effectively relieving work-related stress. Even more importantly, through laughter, joyful conversations, and collaborative interactions, the spirit of teamwork was further strengthened, and cultural identity grew ever deeper.
