On the afternoon of September 25, the company’s inaugural “Quality Month” themed speech contest—“Quality Is in My Hands”—officially kicked off. Deputy General Managers Chen Song and Zhang Zhixiang, along with relevant leaders from various departments and employee representatives, gathered together to immerse themselves in this audiovisual feast celebrating quality responsibility and profound insights.
At the competition venue, 16 contestants from various positions took to the stage one after another. Among them were seasoned technical experts who have been deeply rooted in frontline work for years, as well as elite core members actively engaged in management roles. Despite their different responsibilities, all of them shared a sincere passion for quality, using heartfelt words and profound insights to share their unique perspectives on “quality.” Some contestants drew on real-life work examples to highlight the critical importance of quality control in product development; others focused on teamwork, emphasizing the significance of involving every member of the team in quality management. Their presentations were vivid and concrete, fully demonstrating the strong sense of responsibility and ownership among the employees of Jinzhou Jixin. They made it clear to everyone that no matter what position they hold or how long they’ve been with the company, every employee is an indispensable and vital link in the quality chain—and each one can contribute to enhancing the company’s overall quality standards by diligently performing their duties.
After a fierce competition, the results of the contest have been finalized. Li Yiman from the Finance Department won first prize for her insightful perspectives and outstanding performance; Mi Yan from the Commerce & Trade Company and Han Qiao from Jixin Property received second prize; and Li Ying from the Inspection & Testing Center, Lv Chao from Jixin High-Temperature, and Yi Yu from the General Management Department took third prize.
This speech contest is not only a brilliant competition of language and ideas, but also a profound immersion in a quality culture for all participants. It has successfully created... The positive atmosphere of “Everyone values quality, everyone creates quality, and everyone enjoys quality” has added vibrant color to the company’s inaugural “Quality Month” event. We believe that under such a strong quality culture, the company’s quality management efforts will reach new heights and achieve higher-quality development.

Led by Chen Song, Deputy General Manager of the company, more than 50 participants including safety officers and administrative staff from various departments attended the event.
