The company organized a special training session on preventing telecom network fraud


Currently, AI technology is developing rapidly, and telecom network fraud methods are also "keeping pace with the times," constantly innovating and upgrading, posing a serious threat to corporate asset security. To further enhance employees' awareness of preventing telecom fraud and improve their ability to identify and prevent fraud, On April 18, the company organized a special training on preventing telecom network fraud for a total of 49 employees from finance, marketing, and related business departments in the third conference room of the Jixin Office Building.   

This training adopted a video teaching method, combining new high-incidence fraud cases, to deeply analyze common methods of AI fraud. Fraudsters use AI face-swapping and voice-changing technology to impersonate corporate leaders or partners, issuing transfer instructions during video calls; or generate false information through AI to lure victims with high returns. These methods are highly deceptive and make it difficult to guard against them.

To address these new types of fraud, the instructor in the training video taught precise identification techniques, such as observing whether the person's expression in the video is natural, whether there are abnormal pauses in the voice, and verifying suspicious information through official channels. At the same time, emergency handling methods were also emphasized: once an abnormality is discovered, operations should be stopped immediately, evidence preserved, and a report filed.

The company always prioritizes risk prevention and control, and this training further strengthened the anti-fraud awareness of employees in key positions. In the future, the company will continue to improve internal control mechanisms, regularly conduct safety education, and strengthen cooperation with external entities to jointly address AI telecom network fraud challenges.

The company introduced AEDs and launched first aid training.

To effectively safeguard employees’ lives and improve the overall emergency rescue capacity of all staff, the company officially installed Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs) on the afternoon of May 15, and jointly launched professional first-aid training with the Third Affiliated Hospital of Jinzhou Medical University to fully strengthen the workplace safety defense system. Led by Chen Song, Deputy General Manager of the company, more than 50 participants including safety officers and administrative staff from various departments attended the event.
