Company conducts personnel training to enhance team's professional skills


To enhance the professional skills of the HR team and improve communication and collaboration between superiors and subordinates, the company organized a special training session for HR personnel on the afternoon of April 28th in the first meeting room. The training was led by Li Jiao, Deputy Director of the General Management Department, and attended by HR personnel from various departments.

At the training session, Li Jiao, Deputy Director of the General Management Department, systematically explained the definition and role of human resource management, an overview of the human resource system, the six major modules of human resource management, and employee relationship optimization. Through a combination of theoretical knowledge, case analysis, and practical exercises, the training assisted participants in deepening their professional understanding and improving their business capabilities. The training session was lively, with participants demonstrating high learning enthusiasm and initiative. In-depth exchanges and discussions were held on various difficult issues encountered in daily work, creating a strong and enthusiastic learning atmosphere.

Finally, Chen Song, the company's vice general manager, delivered a summary speech. He put forward three requirements for the HR team's work: First, to strengthen practical skills, ensuring that the procedures for handling employee entry and exit procedures, contract signing, and other daily matters are standardized, rigorous, detailed, accurate, and complete; second, to attach great importance to the dynamic management of personnel information, promptly updating employee file information, closely monitoring employees' thoughts and work status, and providing proactive care and timely feedback; third, to fully play the role of a "lubricant" in coordinating departments, building efficient communication bridges between employees and departments, and departments and the company, properly handling various personnel issues, and striving to create a harmonious and friendly work atmosphere.

In the future, the company will continue to improve the professional skills of the HR team through regular training activities, business assessments, and other methods, providing strong talent support for the company's steady development.
