To promote the May Fourth Spirit and inspire young employees to take on their mission, the company organized a themed event titled "Inheriting the May Fourth Spirit, Gathering Youthful Strength" for some employees under 35 on the afternoon of April 29. Nearly 30 young employees participated in immersive red education, fun team games, and other activities, cultivating patriotism and showcasing youthful vigor through historical reflection and real-world interaction.
Tracing Red Memories Continuing the Spiritual Lineage
At 1 PM that afternoon, the youth team arrived at the Liaoshen Campaign Memorial Hall, where everyone followed a professional guide through the three major exhibition halls: "Battle History Hall," "Support Front Hall," and "Martyrs Hall." Through over 300 precious cultural relics, more than 200 historical photos, and panoramic sand table dioramas, they deeply felt the profound bond between soldiers and civilians, symbolized by "the small cart pushing towards victory," and were deeply moved by heroic deeds such as Liang Shiying sacrificing himself to blow up bunkers.
Enjoying Team Collaboration Unleashing Youthful Vitality
After the visit, the youth team moved to the City Government Square for fun activities. They quickly formed two teams through "red and blue grouping." In the "Name Battle" segment, the two teams competed remotely, staging a "Brainiest Battle" showdown; during the "Hula Hoop Relay," team members held hands to form a human conveyor belt, undertaking a dual challenge of flexibility and tacit understanding; the final "Shaking Colorful Balls" segment was full of laughter, as their amusing waist-swaying and hip-shaking movements continuously drew cheers from the crowd. After three rounds of competition, the blue team won the championship with a total score of 3:0.
Afterwards, The "Lucky Scratch Card" activity began. To ensure fairness and impartiality, Deputy General Manager Chen Song distributed the cards to everyone, who eagerly scratched off the coating. Cheers for winning prizes rose one after another; some won first prize, while others scratched off second or third prizes, pushing the atmosphere to a new climax.
Celebrating Striving Youth Gathering Strength to Move Forward
At the end of the event, Deputy General Manager Chen Song delivered a concluding speech, noting that the May Fourth Spirit is not only an echo of history but also a clarion call for the new era. He hoped that while inheriting the red gene, young employees would transform the wisdom and enthusiasm demonstrated in teamwork into work momentum.
