On May 28, to thoroughly implement the Jinzhou Municipal Federation of Trade Unions' call for employee mental health services, further enhance employee psychological quality, and create a harmonious and healthy work atmosphere, the company actively participated in the "Empowering Heart Power, Workers' Feelings Enrich Jinzhou City" 2025 series of employee mental health services activities. More than 50 people participated in this activity, including the company's vice general manager and chairman of the labor union, Chen Song, and employee representatives from various units.
This training invited Director Guo Lingling from Jinzhou Kangning Hospital and Jinzhou Mental Health Service Center as the lecturer. The training adopted a combination of theory and practice to teach employees practical stress reduction techniques. First, Director Guo, based on practical experience, in-depth analyzed the multiple pressures that employees may face in their work and life, using vivid examples to illustrate the important impact of mental health on work efficiency and quality of life, and introduced the unique advantages of cognitive behavioral therapy and meditation as scientific stress reduction methods.
Then, in the practical experience session, the teacher gradually guided all the trainees to adjust their posture, relax their bodies, and gradually eliminate distracting thoughts and enter a state of deep relaxation through focused breathing and scene imagination. After about half an hour of immersive meditation, everyone said that their tense nerves had obviously relaxed, and they felt much lighter physically and mentally. They found inner peace in meditation, which is very helpful in relieving daily stress.
