On the morning of May 28th, District Party Secretary Zhang Xuedong led a team to visit the company for a thematic research activity focused on 'grasping projects, promoting development, and ensuring safety', conducting on-site supervision primarily on project construction and safety production. Company General Manager Tian Yile and Deputy General Manager Zhang Zhixiang accompanied the delegation throughout the reception.

Firstly, the research team went deep into the Jixin high-temperature electric furnace workshop to conduct on-site inspections of the production and operation. General Manager Tian Yile briefly introduced the company's current production and operation status, progress in technological transformation, and implementation of the safety production responsibility system to the research team. Through the on-site visit and listening to the report, the research team gained a more intuitive and in-depth understanding of the company's production processes. Subsequently, both parties engaged in in-depth exchanges and discussions regarding the operation of the company's chromium metal capacity expansion and upgrade project, as well as the progress of the expanded project for comprehensive utilization of metallurgical chromium slag solid waste resources.

Finally, regarding enterprise development and project construction, the research team clearly pointed out that it is necessary to adhere to the coordinated development of development and safety, taking project construction as the core engine for promoting high-quality development, and continuously stimulating new momentum for development. Enterprises must strictly implement the primary responsibility for safety production, establish and improve a dual prevention mechanism for risk classification and control and hidden danger investigation and rectification, prevent and resolve safety risks from the source, and effectively build a solid bottom line for safe development.

At the same time, the District Party Committee and District Government will continue to increase their support for enterprises, implementing a 'one enterprise, one policy' tracking service model. They will actively coordinate and resolve key issues encountered by enterprises in terms of electricity supply guarantees and talent introduction, creating favorable conditions for the smooth progress of key projects and ensuring that projects can be put into operation and achieve results on schedule.
