On March 26, the company successfully held the first quality awareness strengthening training of this year. With the theme of "Review, Reflection and Improvement", this training focused on the company's quality problems in the past four years, conducted a comprehensive and in-depth review, and focused on strengthening the quality awareness of all employees. 72 employees from key positions such as production, technology, and quality management participated in the training.

At the training meeting, Zhang Xiaomei, deputy director of the physical inspection center, carefully sorted out the typical quality problem cases of the company in the past four years, analyzed them one by one, and directly hit the root cause of the problem. Through detailed data comparison, the trainees are deeply aware that hidden quality hazards are no trivial matter, and any slight negligence may bring immeasurable consequences.

After the training, the company organized the participating employees to conduct a closed-book examination to test the training effect. The results of the examination showed that all members successfully passed the assessment, and 37 of them scored full marks, accounting for more than 51%; The lowest score was also 75 points, and the average score was as high as 92 points. This excellent result fully demonstrates the solid grasp of quality knowledge and the significant improvement of the sense of responsibility of the participating employees.

In the future, the company will continue to consolidate and deepen the results of this training, and continuously promote quality awareness through various ways such as carrying out quality awareness training on a regular basis, building a small class for total quality management, and optimizing the quality performance appraisal system, so as to ensure that every employee can attach great importance to quality, shoulder the responsibility, and jointly contribute to the company's quality improvement and sustainable development.
