The company held the 2025 work conference and the 2024 annual commendation conference


On March 18, the company's 2025 work conference and 2024 annual commendation meeting were held on the second floor of the employee canteen. More than 120 senior executives, central management, commended personnel and some key employees from various units of the company attended the meeting. The meeting was presided over by Deputy General Manager Chen Song.

At the meeting, General Manager Tian Yile made a work report entitled "Accumulation and Steady Development, Steady and Far-reaching, Writing a New Chapter of the Company's High-quality Development with Actual Results and Results". In the face of factors such as increasing downward pressure on the economy, market demand is less than expected, and intensified stock competition, all employees of Jinzhou Jixin are under pressure to forge ahead and take responsibility, take transformation and upgrading development as the core, adhere to the general tone of work while seeking progress in stability, highlight the change of concept, strengthen management improvement, pay attention to literacy empowerment, and through the construction and optimization of the whole process industrial chain, the company has completed the established goal of transformation and upgrading. Subsequently, at the meeting, 4 outstanding central managers such as Guan Jinyu and 29 outstanding employees such as Liu Lifeng were commended, and the excellent engineering project team led by Zhang Zhixiang, deputy general manager, and Wang Zhiyi, manager of Chromium Chemical Company, was commended, and 52 provincial and municipal competition award-winning projects such as Li Jiao were announced. Zhou Zheng, the representative of the outstanding employees of the production department, Guan Jinyu, the deputy manager of the chrome chemical company, the representative of the excellent central management, and Zhang Nan, the deputy manager of the trading company, the representative of the production and business operation unit, spoke at the conference respectively.

Finally, Chairman Tian Gang made a speech entitled "Based on a New Starting Point and Showing New Achievements". The chairman fully affirmed the achievements and efforts made by all employees in 2024, objectively analyzed the severe situation and problems faced by the company's current transformation and development, clarified the company's future development direction from the perspective of the overall strategic situation, and put forward specific requirements and ardent expectations for the management team and all employees. He emphasized that the young management team should take history as a mirror and strengthen confidence in future development. We must always maintain risk awareness, be prepared for danger in times of peace, invest prudently, care about employees, work hard to create a new situation for the company's development.

The company introduced AEDs and launched first aid training.

To effectively safeguard employees’ lives and improve the overall emergency rescue capacity of all staff, the company officially installed Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs) on the afternoon of May 15, and jointly launched professional first-aid training with the Third Affiliated Hospital of Jinzhou Medical University to fully strengthen the workplace safety defense system. Led by Chen Song, Deputy General Manager of the company, more than 50 participants including safety officers and administrative staff from various departments attended the event.
