In the current wave of digitalization, artificial intelligence technology is reshaping the grid system of various industries at an unprecedented speed. In order to keep up with the pace of the times, seize technological opportunities, and empower enterprises to transform and upgrade, the company successfully held a special training on AI basic application operation with the theme of "Smart New Journey and Empowering the Future" on March 28.

On the day of the training, a total of 70 functional and managerial personnel actively participated in the learning through the webinar. The online course adopts the dual-track mode of "theoretical empowerment + practical guidance". The first part was delivered by postdoctoral fellow Yu Menglong from the New Media Research Center of the School of Journalism and Communication, Tsinghua University, who carried out systematic teaching around the "DeepSeek Technology System", through the principle explanation and technical application of the teaching method, in-depth deconstruction of logical thinking, and the construction of a progressive learning model of "cognition-application-innovation".

The second part was delivered by Tang Wenju, Ph.D. in Linguistics from Peking University, who demonstrated the whole-process design of intelligent solutions for high-frequency office scenarios such as text creation, data analysis, and multimedia synthesis through the standardized path of "demand diagnosis-tool matching-process optimization", providing efficient ways and methods for everyone's practical operation.

At the end of the training, Deputy General Manager Chen Song delivered a speech, he encouraged everyone to actively contact and learn AI knowledge, which is not only the trend of technological development, but also the key to improving our work efficiency and innovation ability, we need to download and apply AI-related software to practical work. For functional managers, AI can help us improve work efficiency and use transactional working time for more valuable work. For those involved in production, AI applications can significantly improve process control and improve production quality and efficiency through intelligent monitoring and predictive analytics. After the training, the company added four powerful AI tools on the internal integrated office platform: DeepSeek, Kimi, Doubao, and Nano, and provided a convenient web-based hyperlink for employees to access at any time. These AI tools do an excellent job of simplifying workflows and reducing work intensity, and will become indispensable and efficient assistants in our daily work.
