In order to improve the skill quality of employees and lead the city's employees to actively practice the concept of innovative development, the Jinzhou Federation of Trade Unions and the city's Human Resources and Social Security Bureau decided to jointly hold the 10th "Champion Cup" employee vocational skills contest and the city's forklift operation skills contest.
After the competition notice was issued, the physical inspection center actively responded by sketching the competition venue on their own at the east freight yard in the factory area. The drivers used their spare time to practice diligently. After internal selection, the best was selected and four employees were selected to represent the company in the competition. On May 25, the 10th "Champion Cup" Workers' Vocational Skills Competition in Jinzhou City and the whole city forklift operation skills competition were held as scheduled.
The competition includes two competition contents: forklift building blocks Plus and forklift small models, with 44 forklift drivers from 27 enterprises in the city competing on the same stage. On the day of the competition, the contestants from the company operated steadily and quickly, driving cautiously according to the prescribed route, proficiently reversing and turning, quickly, accurately, and smoothly stacking, demonstrating excellent skills and winning praise from the judges.
Due to the use of electric forklifts in the competition, there are significant differences in the operation methods and methods compared to the existing fuel forklifts in the company. After the unremitting efforts of four contestants, Liu Yan and Li Chuang ultimately won the Excellent Award in the competition.

To effectively safeguard employees’ lives and improve the overall emergency rescue capacity of all staff, the company officially installed Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs) on the afternoon of May 15, and jointly launched professional first-aid training with the Third Affiliated Hospital of Jinzhou Medical University to fully strengthen the workplace safety defense system. Led by Chen Song, Deputy General Manager of the company, more than 50 participants including safety officers and administrative staff from various departments attended the event.

To effectively care for employees' physical and mental health and raise their awareness of health management and disease prevention, the company joined hands with a team of medical experts from the Third Affiliated Hospital of Jinzhou Medical University to hold a comprehensive free medical consultation activity on the first floor of the staff canteen at 13:30 on May 15, allowing employees to access professional medical services right at the workplace.
