On September 21, 2022, Jinzhou Federation of Trade Unions and Jinzhou Property Industry Trade Union Federation organized the city's property system in the East Lake Bay Olympic Sports Park to carry out the 9th "Champion Cup" Workers' Vocational Skills Competition in Jinzhou City and the 2022 Green Plant Pruning Competition in the property industry. A total of 12 property company teams participated in the competition, and more than 40 players participated in the competition. Three people from Jixin Property participated in the competition, and Yao Zhiming won the first prize; Chai Qingsheng won the third prize; Li Zhiyu won the Excellence Award.
This competition is mainly to show the job skill specifications and skills of grass-roots employees in the property industry. The main purpose is to test the level of basic property services and work processes of employees, promote the exchange of skills in the same industry, and enhance the cohesion of the property industry team. The competition is divided into four events: lawn pruning, hedge pruning, fruit tree pruning, and arbor pruning. Three expert judges are responsible for the operation details of each contestant, Score according to tree shape beauty, trimming method, cutting and sawing mouth treatment and safe operation. Finally, the staff of the Trust Property achieved outstanding results in this competition with their solid work foundation and rich daily work experience.
This is not only a competition of skills, but also a grand meeting of communication. The contestants learn and communicate through competition, improve their skills, and work together to irrigate and fertilize the evergreen tree in the property industry.
