On the morning of May 29, the company's 2020 work conference and 2019 annual commendation conference was held on the second floor of the staff canteen. In view of the need of epidemic prevention and control, the meeting streamlined procedures and reduced the number of participants. The meeting was attended by more than 100 senior executives, middle management and commendable personnel and some key employees from various units of the company. The conference was chaired by Bi Yingwei, deputy general manager.
At the meeting, General manager Tian Gang made a work report entitled "To strive as a team with one heart against the wind to realize sustainable development of the company". The report summarizes and confirms the achievements made by the company in various aspects in 2019, comprehensively analyzes the severe situation faced by the company at present, and makes clear the goal of 2020 and the direction of future efforts. According to the report, the guiding principles for production and operation in 2020 are: maintain composure and firm confidence; Face up to difficulties, bottom line thinking; Intense effort to sail against the wind; Continue to optimize the product mix, maximize the release of production capacity, incremental offset profit factors; Strengthen enterprise management, adhere to scientific and technological innovation, and constantly open up new prospects for sustainable development of enterprises. Business goal in 2020: strive to achieve total industrial output value of 530 million yuan, sales revenue of 610 million yuan and profit of 21 million yuan.
At the meeting, 3 model employees, 4 outstanding middle school administrators and 26 outstanding employees were commended. The conference ended in a harmonious and progressive atmosphere.

Led by Chen Song, Deputy General Manager of the company, more than 50 participants including safety officers and administrative staff from various departments attended the event.
