The Company Holds the 2026 Work Conference and the 2025 Annual Awards Ceremony


On March 12, the company held a grand 2026 Work Conference and 2025 Awards Ceremony on the second floor of the employee cafeteria. More than 120 attendees, including company executives, mid-level managers, award recipients, and selected key employees from various departments, took part in the event. The conference was chaired by Deputy General Manager Chen Song.

At the meeting, General Manager Tian Yile delivered a work report titled “Ensuring Stable Production and Quality Improvement, Pursuing Bold Innovation through Pragmatic Action, and Empowering the Company’s New Journey of High-Quality Development with Solid Execution.” The report provided a comprehensive review of the company’s interim achievements in 2025 amid a complex and ever-changing internal and external environment: the full-process chromium industry chain has been fully established and is operating smoothly; the technology for the comprehensive utilization of metallurgical slag from chromium smelting has been recognized as internationally leading; the company has successfully obtained a license to operate hazardous waste; and the enterprise’s core competitiveness, social influence, and brand reputation have continued to rise. The report also conducted an in-depth analysis of the current situation and challenges, articulated the guiding principle for 2026—“ensuring stable production and quality improvement, pursuing lean efficiency gains, and boldly advancing innovation”—and outlined the key priorities for the year across such areas as achieving full production capacity and operational effectiveness, safety and environmental protection, lean operations, innovation-driven development, talent development, and cultural cohesion.

The meeting solemnly commended outstanding mid-level managers and employees for their exceptional performance in 2025. Four comrades, including Liu Xiaozhou, were awarded the title of “Outstanding Mid-Level Manager,” while 34 comrades, including Zhang Lihui, were honored as “Outstanding Employees.” The meeting also announced the award-winning achievements of 51 individuals, including Zhao Pengda, in competitions at the national, provincial, municipal, and district levels. Mi Yan, representing the Outstanding Employees; Li Yang, representing the Outstanding Mid-Level Managers; and Zhao Pengda, representing the production and operation units, each delivered remarks, sharing their stories of hard work and personal growth in their respective roles.

At the meeting, Chairman Tian Gang delivered a significant address titled “Uphold Fundamental Principles while Innovating, and Pursue Steadfast Action with Practical Results.” He fully commended the hard work and achievements of all employees over the past year, thoroughly analyzed the challenges and opportunities facing the company’s current transformation and development, and emphasized the need to adhere to the development philosophy of “upholding fundamental principles while innovating, and pursuing steadfast action with practical results,” resolutely advancing the refinement, solidification, and strengthening of the company’s core business. He pointed out that the young management team must learn from history, remain vigilant in times of stability, maintain clear-headedness and strategic resolve, rigorously control cash flow, strengthen risk awareness, unite as one to lead the team effectively, and lay a solid foundation for the enterprise’s high-quality development. He called on all employees of Jixin to remain firmly confident, rise to challenges, and, with the determination that “we have no other path but success,” strive to write a new chapter in the company’s development.

The meeting concluded successfully in a warm, pragmatic, and forward-looking atmosphere. It was emphasized that all units must thoroughly study and grasp the spirit of the speeches delivered by the Chairman and the General Manager, earnestly align their thinking and actions with the company’s strategic plans, and, driven by a strong sense of responsibility and a vigorous work ethic, make every effort to ensure the effective implementation of all tasks and the successful achievement of the 2026 objectives.
