Company employees participate in the city wide employee legal knowledge competition


On September 26th, in celebration of the 75th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China, the final of the "Revitalization as a Pioneer, Popularizing the Law with Me" 2024 City wide Employee Legal Knowledge Competition, jointly organized by the Jinzhou Federation of Trade Unions, Jinzhou Judicial Bureau, and Jinzhou Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, was held at the Workers' Guild Hall.

A total of 168 employees from 56 representative teams in the city registered to participate in this competition. After intense competition in the preliminary round, 6 representative teams advanced to the final. The Jinzhou Jixin representative team, composed of three employees from the Comprehensive Management Department, Zhao Yang and Yi Yu, and the Production Department, Liu Chuan, won the third prize in the city's employee legal knowledge competition in the finals.

The content of this competition covers laws and regulations such as the Constitution, Civil Code, Trade Union Law, Labor Law, and Labor Contract Law. The final will be conducted in the form of five rounds of individual mandatory questions, team mandatory questions, buzzer questions, risk questions, and additional questions.

At the finals, they were fully focused, calm and composed, responding calmly to mandatory questions, quick witted and agile when rushing to answer questions, and thoughtful when facing risky questions. With solid pre match preparation, superb theoretical literacy, and sincere teamwork spirit, they fully utilized their comprehensive quality advantages such as knowledge reserves and on-site adaptability in the competition. They demonstrated their style and level of competition, and their brilliant answers won applause from the audience, demonstrating the good trend of Jinzhou Jixin employees learning, knowing, using, and abiding by the law.

The company introduced AEDs and launched first aid training.

To effectively safeguard employees’ lives and improve the overall emergency rescue capacity of all staff, the company officially installed Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs) on the afternoon of May 15, and jointly launched professional first-aid training with the Third Affiliated Hospital of Jinzhou Medical University to fully strengthen the workplace safety defense system. Led by Chen Song, Deputy General Manager of the company, more than 50 participants including safety officers and administrative staff from various departments attended the event.
