In the beautiful season of cool autumn breeze and fragrant osmanthus, in order to promote communication and exchange among new employees, enhance their sense of identification and belonging to the company, and cultivate their team spirit and collaborative spirit, the company held a team building activity with the theme of "Youth Practice, Original Aspiration, Unity and Mission" in Nanshan Park on September 27th. This event is divided into ice breaking and games; Mountaineering competition; Happy picnic consists of three parts. Vice General Manager Chen Song and relevant leaders from the Comprehensive Management Department jointly participated in the team building activity.
The event kicked off with a witty self introduction, instantly enlivening the scene and bringing colleagues closer together. Next is the ice breaking game "The Great Wall Never Falls", where employees form a large circle, placing their hands on the shoulders of their colleagues in front, shoulder to shoulder, hand to hand, following the host's commands, and working together to build a sturdy "Great Wall", showcasing the team's cohesion and collaborative spirit. This seemingly impossible task was easily solved with the collaboration of the team. Just like in work, we can always overcome various challenges through collaborative efforts.
Subsequently, a series of challenging team game projects followed one after another. From "Draw and Guess" to "Mountaineering Competition", every project tests the team's collaboration, communication skills, and adaptability. New employees work together to face difficulties, challenge themselves, and demonstrate extraordinary cohesion and combat effectiveness.
Finally, after the thrilling game, the company prepared a sumptuous picnic for everyone. While enjoying the delicious food, everyone also shared their interesting stories and experiences, further deepening the friendship among team members. During the picnic, company leaders encouraged young people to possess a vigorous and enterprising spirit, a pioneering spirit, and a wealth of knowledge.
