To enhance friendship and trust among team members, and improve team cohesion and collaboration skills. On July 13th, the company held the "Longteng Industrial Happy Summer" camping event at the Jinzhou Barbecue Grassland Langlu Camp. Nearly 60 people from the company's chromium metal capacity expansion and upgrading project team, as well as the company's senior and middle-level management teams, participated in the event.
   The company has carefully prepared three games for this camping activity: "Draw and Guess", "Guess Song Name", and "Throwing Pot and Praying". At the same time, we also prepared "surprise" prizes for everyone: "Zhonghua", "Xiaomi", "Apple MAX". The three games fully mobilized everyone's    enthusiasm. During the game, the employees were enthusiastic and actively participated. The high school management team of the company also timely integrated into it, playing games with the employees. Everyone interacted and exchanged ideas in a joyful atmosphere, sharing the joy of winning "surprise" prizes in a relaxed and happy atmosphere. Through laughter and joy, they enhanced mutual understanding and friendship, and their hearts became closer. Although it started to drizzle, it didn't affect everyone's mood. Instead, it added a touch of romance and fun. The grassland camping site in the rain became a shared memory for everyone.
   After all the games, the company also arranged outdoor barbecue food, where everyone enjoyed singing and drinking while strip the skewers to release their enthusiasm and vitality. The curl of fireworks drove the atmosphere of the scene to gradually warm up, and everyone enjoyed the pleasure brought by the food together. While satisfying the taste buds, they also relaxed the tense nerves during busy work, and at the same time, the whole camping activity was pushed to a climax.
Gather strength and plan for the future, take advantage of the situation and act steadfastly. The team building camping activity ended with mutual blessings from everyone. Although the weather was cloudy and rainy, everyone's mood was happy and fulfilled, and their spirits were relaxed. Moving forward, the future is promising. The camping team building activity has ended, but the excitement of Jinzhou Jixin people continues.
