On March 29, the "Jinzhou 2024 Enterprise Salary Survey Intensive Training Mobilization Meeting" sponsored by the Labor Relations Department of Jinzhou Human Resources and Social Security Bureau was held in the Municipal Workers' Union Hall. Li Jiao, assistant Minister of the General Management Department, was invited by the Labor Relations Department of the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau to share the experience of filling in the enterprise salary survey system for various enterprises. More than 122 business representatives attended the training to learn and discuss how to fill in the salary survey system more effectively. At the meeting, Li Jiao introduced the filling process and precautions of the enterprise salary survey system in detail, and explained the key points of filling in the questionnaire for the representatives of various enterprises in a simple way, helping them better understand and master the use of the system. Through practical cases, it shows how to effectively avoid common errors and ensure the accuracy and reliability of data. The successful holding of this training meeting will lay a solid foundation for the smooth development of the municipal enterprise salary survey. At the same time, it also provides a platform for enterprises to learn and exchange, and further enhances the close relationship between the company and the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau. The company introduced AEDs and launched first aid training.

To effectively safeguard employees’ lives and improve the overall emergency rescue capacity of all staff, the company officially installed Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs) on the afternoon of May 15, and jointly launched professional first-aid training with the Third Affiliated Hospital of Jinzhou Medical University to fully strengthen the workplace safety defense system. Led by Chen Song, Deputy General Manager of the company, more than 50 participants including safety officers and administrative staff from various departments attended the event.
