To enrich employees' cultural life after work, enhance team cohesion and centripetal force, promote a positive corporate culture, and create a united and progressive working atmosphere, the company successfully held a health relay run on April 23 at the South Factory Loop Road, themed "Galloping Forward to a New Journey, Practicing Diligently Towards the Future." Nearly 80 middle management and staff members from various company units formed 12 participating teams, completing an exciting competition of speed and teamwork amidst passion and sweat. The company's General Manager Tian Yile, and Deputy General Managers Zhang Zhixiang and Chen Song attended the event in person and participated in the activities.
Opening Mobilization, Igniting Enthusiasm
At 1:30 PM, with bright sunshine and a gentle breeze, the participants gathered at the office building along the loop road in the South Factory Area, wearing uniform sports attire and full of energy. At the start of the event, General Manager Tian Yile delivered a speech. He emphasized: "Health is the foundation of struggle, and wellness is the cornerstone of happiness. I hope everyone strengthens their body, releases stress, and gathers strength while running, truly practicing the concept of healthy work and happy life. No matter the final result, standing on the track is a victory, and giving your all is style." Following this, led by the company's executive team, all participants conducted a warm-up brisk walk around the loop road, quickly energizing the atmosphere on site.
Relay Sprint, Demonstrating Cooperation
The relay run took the form of a 5×300 meter team relay, with each team consisting of 5 members, including at least one female member. At the sound of a crisp starter whistle, the first runners surged from the starting line like arrows released from a bow. On the track, competitors chased each other with vigorous steps; in the relay zone, teammates coordinated tacitly, high-fiving to pass the baton, conveying trust and responsibility. Cheers from the cheerleaders on the sidelines echoed continuously, with shouts of "Go! Sprint!" driving the race to successive climaxes.
Middle management staff formed the Middle Management Production Team and the Middle Management Administration Team, each with six members, adding elements such as dribbling a ball forward and three-legged sprint races, triggering continuous laughter and applause, fully showcasing the management team's positive, united, and cooperative spirit.
After two rounds of intense yet friendly preliminary and final competitions, the “Chrome Dash Team” from the Chromium Company won the championship with stable performance and perfect baton exchanges. The “Chromium Team” from the Chromium Metal Company and the “Administrative Combined Team,” composed of the General Administration, Production, Finance Departments, and the Trade Company, won second and third place, respectively, while the “High-Temperature Melting Team” from JiXin earned the Excellence Award. In the Middle Management Fun Relay, the Middle Management Production Team and the Middle Management Administration Team won first and second place, respectively. Company leaders presented exquisite gifts to the winning teams on site and gave commemorative gifts to all participants who completed the race as an encouragement.
