To comprehensively enhance quality awareness across the entire workforce, achieve quality objectives, and drive the company’s high-quality development, the company organized a mobilization meeting for the 2025 “Quality Month” on August 27. Attendees included Chen Song, Deputy General Manager of the company, chief representatives from each unit, and quality officers—totaling More than 20 people attended the meeting, which was chaired by Sun Chao, Director of the Inspection Center.
The meeting first emphasized that quality is the lifeblood of a company and the core element in market competition. Over the years, the company has placed great importance on "Two-All" management—comprehensive budget management and comprehensive quality management—and has already made significant progress. However, challenges remain, such as inconsistent adherence to standards and slow responses to emerging issues. This year, the company will launch its inaugural "Quality Month" initiative, which will be seamlessly integrated with the ongoing "Safety Month" and "Equipment Month" campaigns to further drive the company's growth and development.
Following this, Sun Chao, Director of the Quality Inspection Center, introduced the origins and development history of China’s “Quality Month”; Zhang Xiaomei, Deputy Director of the Quality Inspection Center, then outlined the activities plan for “Quality Month”; finally, Liu Xiaozhou, Manager of the Comprehensive Company, delivered a speech on behalf of all participating units, expressing their commitment to actively engage in the initiative and continuously enhance quality standards.
Finally, Deputy General Manager Chen Song outlined specific requirements for the "Quality Month" campaign. He emphasized that the quality philosophy must go beyond mere slogans—instead, it should be innovatively presented to deeply resonate with employees' hearts. Additionally, all tasks must be steadily advanced, with clear responsibilities and deadlines clearly defined, coupled with enhanced oversight to ensure effective implementation and tangible results. Lastly, he urged everyone to actively participate, fostering a sense of enthusiasm and creativity among employees as they strive to elevate the company’s quality standards, ultimately propelling the organization to new heights.
