On February 24, the promotion of urban planning and construction of Jinzhou Regional Center and the "Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei" regional investment cooperation briefing were held in Beijing. Liu Kewu, secretary of the Jinzhou Municipal Party Committee, attended the briefing and delivered a speech.
