In order to deepen the reform of the construction of the industrial worker team and effectively play the positive role of "teacher mentoring" job skills in improving employee training, in September 2024, the Municipal Federation of Trade Unions issued a notice on widely carrying out "teacher mentoring" job skills mentoring activities, and carried out "teacher mentoring" job skills mentoring activities in enterprises and institutions throughout the city.

After selecting the best from the best, the company recommended 2 pairs of outstanding mentors and apprentices, both of whom were listed in the table of awards.
