In 2022, it was proposed to replace the copper sleeve of the rotating part of the electrode lifting pulley with a bearing; Replacing the side bricks of the electric furnace with silicon carbide bricks; The addition of circulating water hose fire extinguishing devices and other solutions has greatly reduced the frequency of equipment maintenance, solved practical problems affecting continuous production of electric furnaces, reduced employee labor intensity, reduced safety hazards in the production process, and saved equipment spare parts and maintenance costs totaling hundreds of thousands of yuan.
