The company accepts on-site inspection by the Provincial Workers' Pioneer of the Provincial and Municipal Federation of Trade Unions


   On April 4th, Yan Xuesong from the Finance Department of the Liaoning Federation of Trade Unions and Zhang Kaibo from the Production Protection Department of the Municipal Federation of Trade Unions conducted on-site inspections on the second shift team of the company's wholly-owned subsidiary Jixin High Temperature Electric Furnace Workshop to participate in the provincial worker pioneer selection work. Chen Song, Deputy General Manager and Chairman of the Trade Union of the company, accompanied relevant personnel from Jixin High Temperature, Comprehensive Management Department, and the company's trade union for assessment and research.

   Vice General Manager Chen Song introduced the current development status of the company and provided a detailed report on the organization process, implementation status, and achievements of the activity of creating the "Worker Pioneer" for the second shift team in the Jixin high-temperature electric furnace workshop. Subsequently, the inspection team of the Provincial and Municipal Federation of Trade Unions carefully reviewed the relevant materials for the creation of the "Worker Pioneer" in accordance with the requirements of the provincial "Worker Pioneer" inspection work, and conducted a thorough on-site investigation and understanding with personnel from different levels of Jixin High Temperature during the recommendation and selection process of the provincial "Worker Pioneer" within the company. Through the discussion, the inspection team expressed satisfaction with the company's recommendation and selection work and gave recognition.

   The creation of "Worker Pioneer" is only a means, not an end, but a platform to better motivate employees to love their own duties, study technology, innovation management, and reduce costs and increase efficiency. The company introduced AEDs and launched first aid training.

To effectively safeguard employees’ lives and improve the overall emergency rescue capacity of all staff, the company officially installed Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs) on the afternoon of May 15, and jointly launched professional first-aid training with the Third Affiliated Hospital of Jinzhou Medical University to fully strengthen the workplace safety defense system. Led by Chen Song, Deputy General Manager of the company, more than 50 participants including safety officers and administrative staff from various departments attended the event.
